You will find our lovely home down a quiet street in the quaint town of Salt Springs. Our property is located on a spacious 1/2 acre lot with a private patio, grill and fire pit. Located directly off the kitchen is a covered deck where you can relax and enjoy your afternoon on our comfortable outdoor couches.
You will feel safe and secure with our locked-gated fence and huge car port where you can park all of your toys (boats, RVs, campers, motorcycles, UTVs, etc.). If you're feeling adventurous, you can drive your UTV to local nature trails in the beautiful Ocala National Forest. The house is located close to Lake Kerr, Salt Springs boat launch, and the tranquil waters of the local salt springs. Our two bedroom, two full-bath home is newly updated with comfortable living room furniture, beds, and cozy linens. You can enjoy wireless internet access (login information in the living room) throughout the home. Feel free to cozy up on the couch and use our Smart TV for all your streaming services and local cable stations.
All of the appliances in our spacious open concept kitchen were upgraded this year. Enjoy making a meal with our provided dishes, silverware, pots and pans and coffee pot. Our lovely cleaning service uses Covid-19 cleaning guidelines to insure a clean and tidy space prior to your arrival.
