Villa Colleen is only 950 feet from a small boot mooring, a kayak ramp, and the bay to Siesta Key. It is set in a quiet residential area in Tropical Shores, Vamo, only 4,5 miles from the number 1 beach in the USA, Siesta Key. The 2650sqf house has 4-5 bedrooms (3 with King-size beds), 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a spacious living room, and a comfortable dining room for 8 to 10 people. A screen covers the heated pool and large terrace. On the first floor, there are two other bedrooms with King-size beds; one has a private terrace. The house boasts a digital television package with 165 channels, wireless high-speed Internet, 50Mbit/s, a 50-inch flat screen TV in the living room, and a second TV in the master bedroom. The master bedroom is on the ground floor and there are 2 bedrooms with large double beds on the upper floor. There are 2 twin beds in the fourth bedroom. The fifth bedroom offers a double bed. Although this is usually off - limits, we can make it available to you on request. The outdoor area boasts a large cooking range, 4 bicycles, a large, covered terrace, many chairs and sun loungers.
