***The bedroom has a queen size bed. In addition we can provide a queen size air mattress to sleep a total of 4 people. At time of booking please let us know if you require an air mattress.****
The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen essentials and comfortable living room furniture to relax after a long day. The complex does not allow dogs. All service dogs must be approved by the HOA prior to your stay.
We have 24/7 maintenance on-call.

AirBNB offers insurance at check-out and if a circumstance arises that would cause a cancellation or early departure (outside of the cancellation range, or an early departure that arises during your stay), then the insurance policy will refund you 100% as long as it's within the terms. If no insurance policy is purchased, that's OK, too- we are happy to open up the dates on the calendar and try to re-rent. If we can re-rent, then we can refund the amount recuperated, but we cannot issue a full refund unless we can re-rent from an early departure or cancellation.
