Experience the best of Fort Myers at this single-story, waterfront home on a canal inlet of the Caloosahatchee River. In this beautiful setting, you'll have a private, screened, saltwater swimming pool and wonderful access to nearby beaches, golf courses, shopping centers, and restaurants.
This home is located in a scenic spot in North Fort Myers, just a few houses up the canal from the open river. You'll be a couple blocks south of Bayshore Road, which is lined with shopping, dining, and all sorts of familiar conveniences. When it's time to get out and explore, head to Fort Myers Beach (22 miles south) or the sparkling shores of Sanibel Island (26 miles south).
However, you need not leave the property to experience the true beauty of South Florida. Take daily dips in the saltwater pool out back, relax poolside with a good book and a cold drink, and host nightly barbecues on the spacious, shaded patio.
Step inside to find a centrally air-conditioned living space that's cool, comfortable, and full of interesting accents. There are two living rooms to choose from, each with its own smart TV to stream your favorite movies. You'll also enjoy a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including a double oven and a dishwasher) and a dining room with glass doors that slide open to the patio.
Of the bedrooms, one is a primary suite with its own bathroom. Other features of the house include a home office where you can log onto the complimentary WiFi and a private washer/dryer for your convenience.

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
