This stunning 3 bedroom, 2 bath home filled with classic furnishings can be found on a quiet cul-de-sac with a golf course and private waterski lake nearby. Plan on enjoying peaceful walks, marvel at the sunrise and sunsets and view water-skiers practicing on the nearby Lake Denise. Soak up the Florida sunshine and savor the oversized back garden. This peaceful setting will lure you back again and again.
Enjoy an expansive screened in lanai for a BBQ meal, games or entertaining along with ample outdoor seating for six. Sun loungers are provided. Two additional chairs and table are perfect for your morning coffee or cold beverage after a day at the beach. Book your private lesson with several waterski outfitters or enjoy 9 holes of golf. If possible, please strip all beds that were used and begin a load of towels in the washing machine (we provide 2 laundry tabs and 2 dryer sheets for this purpose). We also ask that you clean up the kitchen and begin a load in the dishwasher before you leave (we also provide dishtabs for the dishwasher). Throw away all open food and trash in the bins outside and leave any unopened food items for the cleaning staff. Please secure the house and make sure to lock up the key in the lock box that is located outside the front door. Make sure to take a magnet and business card for 'next time'.
