Condo 309 at Island Beach Resort is on the third floor and overlooks the pool/ocean. It has three flat screen TVs, a king bed in one bedroom and 2 fulls in the other bedroom. Condo 309 has gorgeous ocean views from it's balconies and is a mere one-minute walk to the private beach entrance.
Daily maid service is available upon request for a nominal fee. For your convenience, we have a laundry facility on the first floor. The building has a full service restaurant that is open daily for lunch and dinner. We also have an onsite gift shop boutique.
Check-in: 4:00pm. Check out 11am. If arriving after 5pm, please pre-arrange a lockbox pick up with the front desk 772-229-3006.
