Quite neighborhood close to downtown Lake Wales. The canal behind the home leads out to one of the best Fishing, Boating, and scenic lakes in the area Crooked Lake.
A vehicle would be most recommended here due to the easy access to roads and highways available.
The listing is Pet-Friendly; HOWEVER, you MUST include your pet with your booking and pay the applicable fee (with the exception of support animals with their necessary documentation).
Guests, under no circumstances, cannot disconnect the camera hub or wifi modem. Tampering with either will be charged a $500 fee.
A late check out fee of $100 will be applied for any guests that do not leave by the reserved time unless previously discussed and agreed upon.
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm
if we get called or fined for any disturbing of the peace or noise violations, the guest will be charged.
