The lower level has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, full bath, living room/dining room, TV, DVD, and private porch that allows you to walk right down to the beach. The upper level features two separate bedrooms, two separate baths, the master bedroom has a King size bed and gulf-front balcony. There is also a King size bed in the guest bedroom and a Queen sofa sleeper in the Living Room. There is now wireless Internet access.
This unit requires a minimum 7 night Saturday to Saturday stay year round.
