The villa is tastefully decorated with Florida theming throughout combining citrus colors, flamingos and gators! There is a large entrance hallway opening into a family room with lounge seating, 55" flat screen smart TV and dining area. There is a large master bedroom also with flat screen smart TV, king bed and ensuite facilities including garden tub and walk in shower with double vanity sinks. The home also provides a Queen bedroom and themed double bunk room both of which share a house bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook. To the rear of the property, you will find a private swimming pool and sundeck overlooking conservation area. A BBQ grill is provided FREE to all staying guests. Pool heat is available for an additional daily fee. Pets are welcome subject to the additional pet fee of $225 plus taxes.
