I would be glad to welcome you in the second bedroom (with a REAL and FULL single- size bed) and private bathroom of my apartment (2 bedrooms in total; I live in the other bedroom), located in Aventura, between Miami and Fort Lauderdale; ONLY a 15 minute walk from Aventura Mall shops and restaurants and a 5 minute Uber drive from the beach.
This is a single bed bedroom with a large closet and blackout shades.
There is a private bathroom next to it.
We would share the living room and kitchen.
This is for ONE gracious, positive, tidy and peaceful person (preferably a female).
Non-smoking. No couples, No overnight guests or parties.

The building is very pleasant and offers two large pools, a gym and is located close to food/grocery store, hair salon, cafes, a park, a very nice waterfront walking path and the famous Aventura Mall shopping center. It is a 5-minute ride to/from the beach.
Please note that half a month for security deposit (reimbursed at the end) and 50% of the rent will be due at the time of booking, the balance can be provided on the move-in day.
A local free Aventura bus stops in front of the building and the Freebee app allows to order a car ride for free if the ride takes place in Aventura.
Also the Brightline train station in Aventura connects to downtown Miami in 18 minutes and to Downtown Fort Lauderdale in 15 minutes.
1 bedroom on the ground floor in a very nice building and safe area (Aventura). It has a single bed, a small table and a closet. High ceilings, white tile floors & black out shades (to block sunlight in the morning).
