Summary: Checked into the room. Asked for the TV remote via text. Was told TV not included and should have known that and when they’re clearly is a TV in the room. Then I’m told the remote was stolen. I asked for another room and was told by the same person that there’s full occupancy. There was only two cars in the driveway all night. My observation three out of nine rooms occupied. Just a lack of respect for the guests and blatant lying. The person I spoke to had a take it or leave it attitude, and I will not be revisiting this location or recommend. I was not present on the property for most of the time I returned and slept for four hours Then left I felt I did not get good value for my stay. I experienced deplorable customer service.
