We invite you to relax and enjoy our home from the TV room with its beautiful view of the pool to the recently updated kitchen that is ready for your culinary creations. Security is paramount, and we have equipped the home with Carbon Monoxide/Smoke Detectors throughout and window/door alarms. The six-foot privacy fence, impact windows, and security features ensure you can relax with complete peace of mind.

- Check-in is generally after 3 PM, and Check-out is by 10 AM (Please let us know if you need special accommodations, and we will try to accommodate your request)
- Please be respectful of the neighbors and reduce noise volume between 10 PM & 8:00 AM (see Fort Lauderdale noise codes for more details)
- Any guest who violates these rules above and does not adhere to these rules will be evicted.
